This workshop is designed for expats and international professionals who want to better understand the current state of Diversity & Belonging practices in Switzerland. We will address common challenges and questions, such as why some terms from the field of D&B are differently understood in Swiss contexts. Participants will also explore cultural differences reflected in organizational cultures and current debates around D&B. In addition to providing insights that help participants support D&B initiatives, this offer seeks to strengthen them personally, so that they can approach such discussions with greater confidence and clarity.
